Bring your own approved Level IIIA body armor, duty holster, and radio headset and you are first in line for placement. Need kit? A repayable gear stipend covers approved gear and Fused branded apparel and is deducted from pay on a scheduled repayment plan.

Executive Interview with Fused Leadership

An in-person command board interview evaluating communication presence, situational de-escalation instincts, tactical composure, and alignment with Fused standards.

STAGE 5: ACTIVE DUTY

Encrypted Comms Sync & Post Orders

Issuance of tactical callsigns, AES-256 radio assignment, client post orders briefing, and scheduled deployment on active executive or commercial details.
